Asav, Arishta, and Classical Ayurvedic preparations at Sanskar Ayush are manufactured using traditional fermentation, decoction, and classical processing methods supported by modern GMP-certified infrastructure. Our production unit is equipped with large-capacity steam-jacketed boiling vessels, phytochemical extractors, cold-infusion tanks, fermentation tanks, and temperature-controlled maturation rooms that ensure authentic slow fermentation and complete herbal extraction. Each batch undergoes natural fermentation for 21–90 days depending on the formulation, followed by multi-stage filtration using plate and frame filters, micron filters, and polishing filters for clarity and purity. For packaging, we use a fully automatic bottle washing and sterilization tunnel, liquid filling machines, ROPP capping machines, induction sealing, batch coding, and automatic labeling and shrink-pack machines, ensuring hygienic, tamper-proof final packing. Our manufacturing capacity is 5000 ltr per day. Every batch is tested for alcohol percentage, fermentation profile, pH, specific gravity, microbial safety, stability, and classical parameters as per the Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia, ensuring that every Asava, Arishta, and classical formulation is pure, effective, and authentically prepared as per traditional standards.
