Our production unit is equipped with large-capacity steam-jacketed boiling vesselsphytochemical extractorscold-infusion tanksfermentation tanks, and temperature-controlled maturation rooms that ensure authentic slow fermentation and complete herbal extraction. Each batch undergoes natural fermentation for 21–90 days depending on the formulation, followed by multi-stage filtration using plate and frame filtersmicron filters, and polishing filters for clarity and purity. For packaging, we use a fully automatic bottle washing and sterilization tunnelliquid filling machinesROPP capping machinesinduction sealingbatch coding, and automatic labeling and shrink-pack machines, ensuring hygienic, tamper-proof final packing. Our manufacturing capacity is 5000 ltr per day. Asav (also spelled Asava) and Arishta are traditional Ayurvedic fermented herbal tonics made by naturally fermenting herbal decoctions with jaggery or honey. They undergo a natural fermentation process that generates a small amount of alcohol, which helps extract and absorb the medicinal properties of herbs more effectively.

Both are fermented herbal tonics, but Asav is prepared by fermenting juices of fresh herbs, while Arishta is prepared by fermenting decoctions of herbs. This results in differences in taste, uses, and properties.

Asav & Arishta support digestion, improve digestive fire, relieve gas, enhance metabolism, and increase vitality. Depending on the herbs used, they may also provide immune, liver, respiratory, and women’s health benefits.

They are generally consumed after meals with warm water or plain water in a dosage of 10–30 ml. However, dosage may vary depending on the formulation and individual requirements. Always consult an Ayurvedic practitioner.

As fermented tonics, they contain natural alcohol formed during fermentation. Children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and people sensitive to alcohol should consult a doctor before use. Avoid use in sugar-related conditions unless advised by a physician.

Unlike modern medicines, Ayurvedic tonics work gradually by regulating digestion and metabolism. Results may be noticed after a few weeks depending on the product, condition, and individual body type.
