Resins and Chyawanprash

Resins and Chyawanprash at Sanskar Ayush are produced using traditional Ayurvedic methods supported by modern GMP-certified equipment to ensure purity, potency, and consistency in every batch. For Chyawanprash, fresh herbal decoctions are prepared in steam-jacketed boiling vessels, followed by slow cooking with Amla pulp, ghee, sesame oil, honey, and classical Rasayana herbs. The mixture is homogenized using inline high-shear mixers for smooth texture and uniformity.

Our resin products, including herbal pastes and Avaleha formulations, are processed in planetary mixers, jacketed heating kettles, and controlled-temperature fusion tanks, ensuring the active properties of herbs are preserved without overheating. Filtration is carried out through coarse filters and fine mesh systems to achieve purity and smooth consistency. For packaging, we use high-accuracy paste filling machines, induction sealing, labeling, and shrink-wrapping units to maintain hygiene and tamper-proof packing.

The facility has a daily filling capacity for Resin s of 5,000 Pcs per day, and for Chyawanprash 5000 Pcs per day.

Every batch undergoes strict QC testing including moisture content, microbial safety, viscosity, heavy metal analysis, stability, and classical Ayurvedic parameters to ensure authentic, effective, and safe formulations for immunity, strength, respiratory support, and Rasayana wellness.

Frequently Asked Questions

Chyawanprash is a herbal jam-like tonic made from a blend of numerous herbs, especially amla (Indian gooseberry), cooked with honey, ghee, sugar, and spices. It is a traditional Ayurvedic rasayana formulated to enhance immunity, strength, and overall vitality, and has been used in India for centuries.

In Ayurveda, resins are sticky plant substances derived from trees or herbs (such as gum resins like guggul). They contain concentrated plant compounds and are valued for medicinal properties including supporting digestion, joint health, detoxification, and respiratory function.

Regular consumption of Chyawanprash may help improve immunity, support digestion, enhance energy levels, promote respiratory health, and provide antioxidant support for overall wellness and anti-aging benefits.

The typical dosage is one teaspoon (approximately 10–12g) once or twice daily with warm milk or water. Always follow the package instructions or consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized guidance, especially for children and elderly individuals.

Chyawanprash is generally safe for daily use throughout the year. It is especially popular during winter for immune support. Individuals with specific health conditions such as diabetes or allergies should consult a healthcare professional before use.

Choose products made with authentic herbs like amla, ghee, and honey. Prefer natural sweeteners over artificial ones, and look for certifications such as FSSAI, GMP, or AYUSH for quality assurance.
